I just wanted to send a note of sincere appreciation & heartfelt thanks to the two gentlemen who are responsible for finding my dream house. After six months of disappointment using two other competing brokers, I was introduced to Harry Kapukchyan& Kevin Kiarash of Rodeo Realty. After sitting down with them on our first meeting, they suggested we spend enough time to get to know one another where they could completely understand our dreams & goals. Primarily, they wanted to know what I did & did not want in the houses we would be looking for. My time is valuable & they respected that. This was a very welcome approach & immediately put my wife at ease. That conversation led to my asking, “When do we start?” Best decision I ever made! We found a house in less than three weeks & they even negotiated a shortened escrow. It’s like they knew exactly what we are looking for! We wound up getting a larger house for less than we had planned on spending. This was our second house so we were well aware of how overwhelming the process involving paperwork, faxes, phone calls, documents, etc. could be. I was never inconvenienced for one minute if a signature was needed or a follow-up document was required. They simply asked where I was & could they be there in ten minutes. Thank you both for all the effort that went on behind the scenes that I’m sure I’m not even aware of to get this house done. My wife & I are forever in your debt!
